Our services

ProSiteRank designs, builds, hosts, and optimizes websites and local landing pages for home-service contractors. Specific deliverables, page counts, and scope depend on the plan you select.

Results disclaimer

Search rankings, traffic, lead volume, and revenue depend on many factors outside our control — including competition, search-engine algorithms, your market, your pricing, and how you handle the leads we generate. We apply proven methods and work diligently on your behalf, but we do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, lead, or revenue result, and no statement on this site should be read as such a guarantee.

Billing & cancellation

Plans are billed monthly in advance. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract — you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. On cancellation, ongoing hosting, updates, and optimization of your pages stop.

Ownership & leads

Leads generated through your site belong to you and are never resold. Ownership and licensing of the website, content, and code are set out in your service agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information, to use our services lawfully, and not to misrepresent your business, licensing, or credentials in content you ask us to publish.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProSiteRank is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
